Using Sail Me
You may use Sail Me only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Team and club content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to add or share any session plans, resources, images, documents, or other content in Sail Me. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Safety
Sail Me supports planning and communication; it does not replace the judgement of coaches, skippers, clubs, or participants. Always make independent safety decisions based on local conditions, equipment, ability, and applicable sailing rules.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sail Me. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
Sail Me and its branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sail Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
